Job Objective
 
The Records Analyst is responsible to provide data entry, accurate collection, sort, review, analyze, organize, update, and maintain all Company aircraft records documentation.
 
Essential Functions
  • Learn and comprehend the policies and procedures of the aircraft
    documentation department
  • Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness in the Technical Records Database
  • Maintain filing system of aircraft maintenance records
  • Communicate with and assist Aviation Maintenance Technicians with aircraft records discrepancies; identifies and obtains corrections to discrepancies in records
  • Work effectively and efficiently with quality assurance, maintenance and other internal groups when records are needed
  • Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data; provide research support to both in-house and remote facilities
  • Distribute and retain documents as required by FAA policy
  • Enter aircraft records, times, cycles, and component information into the computer system
  • Become familiar with and understand the company General Operations Manual and inspection checklists
  • Assist in the supervision of removal and return of aircraft records
  • Perform other duties assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA)
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office suite
  • High aptitude in reading, math, and matching documents
  • Ability to handle multiple duties and priorities effectively meeting deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong initiative and ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment when necessary
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged sitting and computer work with repetitive motion
  • Filing using various motions such as stooping, climbing, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and stretching
Work Environment
  • Temperature controlled office
  • Low noise level
  • Exposure to outdoor shop with potential extreme cold and hot temperatures along with loud noise level
Status & Work Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-12:00pm
  • No travel required
