Job Objective
The Part 145 Apprentice Maintenance Technician is responsible for gaining knowledge and experience while assisting supervisors within the Part 145 Repair Station team.
Essential Functions
Maintain familiarity with various departments within the Part 145 Repair Station
Ensure the hangar floor remains clean, organized, and free of debris
Assist with disassembly of aircraft interiors and accurately document removed parts and components in accordance with the Repair Station Manual
Clean aircraft, components, and work areas as directed
Perform general shop support duties as needed during daily operations
Assist with inventory management of STC kits
Retrieve hardware and parts from the stockroom as required
Complete tasks assigned by the Part 145 Repair Station team and any duties assigned by the Part 145 Director of Maintenance

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical background preferred
Valid driver's license
Physical Demands
Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, kneeling, squatting for extended periods of time
Climbing heights on various equipment
Lifting up to 50 or more pounds
Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (High Visibility clothing, Ear protection, safety glasses) when required
Work Environment
Indoor/Outdoor environment with potential extreme hot and cold temperatures
